	Pastor Latanya Allen - Executive Director Pastor Latanya Allen is the Executive Director of Bridge of Hope. She was reared in Charleston, SC and is a graduate of South Carolina State University where she received a BS degree in the field of Criminal Justice. She has also earned an MA in Counseling from Webster University. Pastor Allen strives to make a difference in the lives of the people she serves. Her goal is to raise self-efficacy in each of the students and the parents that she serves. Pastor Allen seeks to build positive self esteem within each participant of the program. As a result of her extensive work with people who are hurting, she has gained a deep-rooted understanding and knowledge of the important role that education plays in mending broken lives.

	Pastor Michael Allen - Public Relations Director Michael Allen is the Public Relations Director for Bridge of Hope. He was reared in Kingstree SC and is a 1978 graduate of Kingstree Senior High. In 1982 he received a BS degree in History Education from South Carolina State University, Orangeburg SC. As the Public Relations Director he is responsible for connecting Bridge Of Hope with the local community, school systems, and the City of North Charleston. This worthwhile endeavor is undertaken in an effort to improve the educational experiences and quality of life of all the students and parents that are served by Bridge of Hope.
